SUNJIN Engineering became the first Korean construction/CM company to acquire the ISO 10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System), which is an international standard.

As a guide on customer satisfaction and processing complaints of organizations, the ISO 10002 is a management system which supports continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by identifying, managing and monitoring methodologies for successfully processing voices of customers on their needs and expectations.
