Based on Article 6 of the Sewerage Act and Article 2 of its Enforcement Decree, the purpose is to establish a systematic sewage maintenance plan by conducting on-site surveys of sewage facilities and thoroughly reviewing relevant data such as established master plans and urban development plans. Through this process, the aim is to build a foundation for efficient sewage administration and maximize the efficiency of planned investments in sewage projects. Ultimately, this aims to create a pleasant urban environment, increase sewage coverage rates, improve public sanitation and hygiene, and enhance water quality in public areas.
