The purpose of this project is to repair aging sewer pipelines that are buried throughout Busan Metropolitan City, focusing on the main trunk sewer pipelines undergoing the "Busan Metropolitan City Aging Sewer Pipeline Detailed Inspection (Phase 2)" since 2019. The project aims to address structural and functional defects discovered in the selected superior (combined) sewer pipelines. Taking into account site conditions, the importance of the pipelines, and the severity of the defects, the project will undertake systematic and efficient design for repair works. By improving the durability of public sewerage systems, the project aims to prevent road (ground) subsidence caused by leaks and pipeline damage, thereby establishing a safe urban environment.
