In the event of a large-scale emergency such as the collapse of a reservoir due to a natural disaster in accordance with the relevant law (Natural Disaster Countermeasures Law), a hypothetical scenario that can occur in order to effectively prevent or mitigate the damage of people and property in the affected area of the downstream area is created. And to contribute to the stability of local residents by establishing an emergency action plan(EAP) including emergency contact system, emergency action plan, resident evacuation plan, relief and regional stability plan.
