The environmental impact assessment is currently being conducted for the construction project of the integrated food waste biogas treatment facility in Nanji.

The main purpose of this project is to secure a stable processing infrastructure for food waste generated in the districts of Seoul and Goyang City. It aims to utilize organic waste resources, such as biogas, to contribute to the creation of a pleasant living environment for local residents. Additionally, the project aligns with the national policy of achieving carbon neutrality.
