An environmental impact assessment is currently being conducted for a redevelopment project aimed at reducing the gap between the existing urban area and the new urban area through urban revitalization.

The primary objective of this project is to revitalize urban functions and improve the living environment by redeveloping densely populated and aging residential areas.
