The project aimed to strengthen traffic and road safety management on general national roads under the jurisdiction of the local Land, Infrastructure and Transport Administration. It includes the installation of new intelligent transportation system (ITS) facilities, replacement of aging infrastructure, management of dangerous areas on icy roads with ITS, responsive signal transportation systems, and optimal design for auxiliary projects.
