This technical diagnosis is conducted in accordance with Article 20 of the Sewerage Act (Technical Diagnosis, etc.), Article 14 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act (Contents and Targets of Technical Diagnosis), and the 'Regulations on the Handling of Public Sewerage Technical Diagnosis.' It aims to collect basic data on our city's sewage pipelines, conduct flow and water quality assessments, diagnose current conditions related to facility operation and maintenance, assess the connectivity status of sewage pipelines, identify facility issues, propose improvement measures, and provide maintenance and management plans. The objective is to ensure the efficient operation of the relevant facilities.
