This project aimed to efficiently and swiftly advance the direction of the South Korean government's Green New Deal policy and the expansion of renewable energy in rural areas. It sought to identify and propose feasible project sites by analyzing the current conditions and project implementation conditions of domestic freshwater lakes, reservoirs, dams, and offshore locations where it is possible to install floating solar power generation facilities with a capacity of 50MW or more per site.
