The objective is to improve the aging village water supply and small-scale water facilities in Duneon-ri, Yeokdun-ri, Daejeon-ri, Yongyeon-ri, Eori, and Noeok-myeon, including Habeoncheon-ri, Sangbeoncheon-ri, Gojari, and Yeosam-ri in Samcheok City. Due to deteriorating water quality and insufficient water quantity, there has been a significant increase in complaints from local residents. The aim is to develop a local water supply system to provide residents with stable access to high-quality tap water, thereby enhancing public hygiene and improving the living environment for the residents.
