In contrast to the new town areas, oldtown areas, are relatively complex, encompassing a mix of commercial establishments, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian activities. Due to the challenging urban environment, we have initiated a remodeling project around the central business district of Oldtown, known as "Central Road." The goal is to create safe streets, stimulate local commerce, and promote balanced regional development. To achieve these objectives, a feasibility assessment and basic plan for the Oldtown revitalization project have been formulated.
