This is the 11-story headquarters of the JW Pharmaceutical Group, located near the Gwacheon government complex. Seven subsidiaries of the JW Pharmaceutical Group are set to move into this new facility. Referred to as the 'JW Discovery Campus,' this project not only serves as a base for the medical R&D industry but also contributes to the advancement of medical technology innovation.

The central health care plaza, situated on the upper levels, connects Blocks 5-1 and 5-2, serving as a lively outdoor community space for the entire 5-block complex. The public facilities on the 1st and 2nd floors include various amenities such as a medical museum, open research labs, and welfare facilities. Research facilities are located on floors 3 to 6, while office spaces are primarily on floors 7 to 10. The employee cafeteria is positioned on the top floor.

The building is composed of three large rectangular masses that emphasize stone structures. Double-layered glass, highlighted by patterns, draws in sunlight, creating a user-centered environment within the interior workspaces.
