Additionally, at the core of the Knowledge Industry Center, there is a 'Community Center' with open spaces and diverse program plans, allowing for vibrant interaction without limitations of time and space.

Lastly, a 'Convenience Center' has been proposed, taking into consideration the characteristics of the Knowledge Industry Center and suggesting systems and methodologies for the facility's sustainability.
