This project, part of Official Development Assistance (ODA) initiatives, was undertaken through a collaboration between the Korea Export-Import Bank and Bangladesh. It involves the design of a comprehensive hospital specializing in five medical fields with a total of 702 beds in the central district of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. The new facility, affiliated with the Bangladesh Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), is strategically located on the southern part of the site, ensuring harmonious integration with the existing BSMMU campus and facilitating pedestrian access. To meet the medical needs effectively, an efficient internal circulation system within the hospital is designed, providing patients with easy access to the rehabilitation center and other key medical programs.
