This project is a mixed-use knowledge industry center located in Dongtan Techno Valley, with a total floor area of 65,427 square meters and spanning 20 floors. It is situated along two road fronts and consists of a 20-story office tower with direct frontage on both road fronts and a podium that houses support and recreational facilities.

The upper portion of the tower serves two main purposes. Up to the 5th floor, it functions as a factory-type office space with access for heavy equipment, directly connected to above-ground parking. From the 6th to the 20th floor, it consists of modular office spaces.

The two levels of the podium are linked to the underground and ground levels, featuring a linear-shaped commercial space and facilities on the 2nd floor, including meeting rooms and terrace-style recreational areas. The commercial space on the ground and underground levels is designed in a linear fashion, making it easily accessible not only for office users but also for those in the surrounding areas.

The exterior is clad in aluminum panels and curtain wall glass, enveloping both the tower and the lower levels. It is designed in the form of a double-skin façade, utilizing the balcony space for service functions.
