The Nine Tree Hotel is a business hotel located in the commercial district of Samseong-dong, Gangnam. This hotel has been designed with a new approach that seamlessly integrates architectural design and structure. In terms of design, it adopts a contrasting approach between lightweight glass walls and a solid core. The lightness of the transparent glass windows, framed by the intersecting structural frame on the building's exterior, is balanced by the core mass to the north. In the tower podium at the lower levels of the building, various special programs (such as bars, lounges, fitness facilities, and the hotel lobby) have been strategically placed to enhance the hotel's sophistication and provide guests with diverse and unique experiences.
