The 'Gangseo Tax Office' has been relocated and newly constructed as part of the administrative district in the Magok Development Zone, situated in the southwest of Seoul. To enhance the efficiency of the building's usage and consider the flow of users, a clear distinction was made between public areas and office spaces. The tax office's workspaces were strategically placed on the 1st floor for the convenience of government officials and taxpayers. The upper floors are dedicated to office spaces and welfare areas for employees, maximizing work efficiency.

This 7-story office building was designed as an environmentally friendly structure, incorporating eco-friendly materials, renewable energy sources, and high-efficiency facilities. Finishing materials, including thick granite and double-glazed glass, were used to achieve a natural color tone and the facade design focuses on solar shading effects to prevent excessive direct sunlight, maintaining consistent lighting and temperature levels while minimizing indoor heat loss.
