The building of the Local Prosecution Service is located at the eastern end of Dongsuwon Road in Suwon. The building has a total of 14 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground. It is constructed with reinforced concrete and the exterior is finished with stone materials. One distinctive feature of the Suwon Regional Prosecution Service building is the incorporation of the prosecution emblem on the facade, symbolizing its identity. Stone materials were chosen for the exterior to impart a solemn and dignified character that aligns with the nature of the institution. Additionally, low-e double-glazed glass was used to promote energy efficiency. The outdoor spaces within the project site are planned to be open and interconnected with a large plaza at the front, designed to be accessible for local residents. This external space creates a welcoming atmosphere, making the prosecution service more approachable to the community. Moreover, the outdoor area located in front of the building is designed to provide beautiful views to the building's occupants while ensuring convenience of use.
