Obiz Tower" is a construction project for a 35-story, 124,171 sqm mixed-use knowledge industry center located in Ansan Venture Valley. Leveraging the unique triangular shape of the site, a spacious park was created on the eastern front, enhancing pedestrian accessibility and securing incentives for maximum height. Obiz Tower comprises 35 floors of office space and three underground parking levels. The two-level podium faces a 25m-wide road and the park, serving as a commercial space.

On the third floor, recreational facilities such as a rooftop garden, meeting rooms, and a fitness center were planned, while the underground restaurant space offers direct access from the park, creating a pleasant convenience area. In the high-rise office space, a void-type multipurpose lounge was designed every five floors, accommodating lounges and meeting spaces. From the 31st to the 35th floor, terrace-type outdoor spaces were planned to improve the working environment for occupants. The exterior, composed of aluminum panels and curtain wall glass, features a double-skin façade. The service area balcony emphasizes verticality with pocket-type railings that segment one module.
