When implementing private investment projects incorporating creativity from the private sector, it is necessary to perform the basic facility planning and pre-environmental impact assessment for wastewater treatment facilities to enable early improvement of water quality in effluent areas, enhancement of sewerage system coverage, and efficiency improvement in maintenance and management.
For the rehabilitation and maintenance of sewage facilities, introducing creativity from the private sector is essential to improve the influent water quality and enhance the efficiency of maintenance and management at sewage treatment facilities. This involves conducting a wastewater system rehabilitation basic planning, feasibility study results for sewage facility rehabilitation, and other relevant plans based on thoroughly reviewing the materials prepared during the basic facility planning and pre-environmental impact assessment, followed by an assessment of feasibility and suitability for private investment.
