The purpose is to address the rapid population growth and urbanization in the region due to developments such as the Gyo-ha Residential Complex, the Publishing Complex Phase 2, and industrial estate development. With the influx of residents and increasing industrial activity, there is an anticipated shortage in sewage treatment capacity. Therefore, the objective is to expand the capacity of sewage treatment facilities to adequately process the increasing domestic sewage, thus preserving the water quality of the Han River Basin, which serves as a discharge point. This initiative aims to enhance the living environment and public health of local residents.
