The total area of this project, located in the central residential area of Hwaseong Dongtan District, is approximately 57,900 square meters, with the apartment construction area being 7,400 square meters. The project consists of a 30-story building comprising a total of 708 units, including convenience facilities. The main focus of this project is not only on profound architectural design but also on how to economically execute existing real estate development projects. The core concept of this project emphasizes providing high-quality green spaces while contextualizing buildings within the existing site conditions and creating modern high-rise structures. As a result, the apartments have become a unique living environment that integrates residence and nature in line with contemporary lifestyles.
