This includes developing a systematic rehabilitation strategy, identifying the most efficient methods (e.g., replacement, rehabilitation), and exploring alternative solutions. The plan also aims to implement a dual-pipeline system, including parallel pipelines and emergency connection lines, to enable uninterrupted water supply through water network switching during construction. Additionally, it seeks to ensure the smooth execution of cleaning operations and maintain the water supply network efficiently.
