This technical diagnosis is conducted in accordance with Article 20 (Technical Diagnosis, etc.) of the Sewerage Act, Article 14 (Contents and Subjects of Technical Diagnosis, etc.) of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, and the Regulations on Technical Diagnosis of Public Sewerage. Its purpose is to ensure the efficient operation of the county’s sewer pipelines by presenting measures such as collection of basic data, flow and water quality surveys, condition assessments of facilities and operations, diagnosis of pipeline connectivity, identification of facility issues and improvement plans, and maintenance and management strategies.
