Due to natural disasters caused by climate change, such as floods and droughts from global warming, and incidents such as water supply interruptions resulting from the deterioration of water supply facilities, there is an increasing threat to safe water supply. Furthermore, the frequent occurrence of both human-induced and natural water quality accidents has heightened this risk. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish stabilized water supply facilities to respond to such challenges, with the aim of building emergency water supply facilities that can ensure a stable environment for water supply.
