This task aims to conduct a scientific technical diagnosis of the entire water supply network in accordance with Article 74 of the Water Supply Act and Article 27 of its Enforcement Decree. The objective is to identify issues in the currently operating pipelines and ancillary facilities and to derive reasonable improvement measures.
