The purpose of this project is to construct a 229 MW solar power generation facility on a 2.97 million square meter abandoned site in the Jujang-ri area of Anmyeon-eup. This initiative aims to expand the supply of renewable energy for the transition to a carbon-neutral society and promote economic and tourism development in cooperation with Chungcheongnam-do (Chungcheongnam Province) and Taean-gun.
