The Seongbuk Minja History Project is located in the northeastern outskirts of Seoul, in the district of Nowon-gu. It will serve as a landmark for the local community and a vibrant transportation hub, harmonizing the existing urban context with future regional development efforts. This project represents an integrated development that combines unique transportation infrastructure, mixed-use facilities, entertainment venues, and urban landscaping. The lower levels of the facility include a total of 7 floors housing amenities such as retail facilities, offices, hotels, theaters, fitness centers, and restaurants. The entire building facade consists of continuous horizontal transparent glass panels along public areas. The bright and open public spaces are covered with a white branch patterned exterior, creating a sense of dynamic space. At the upper levels of the building, a 20-story hotel tower is planned. The diagonally oriented transparent tower maximizes views toward the surrounding urban landscape. The public terrace and rooftop garden located in the mid-levels of the facility provide interaction with the local environment and offer visual connections to the city.
