An environmental impact assessment was conducted for the urban development project around the vicinity of Bucheon Comprehensive Sports Stadium.

This project aims to restructure the urban spatial layout and prevent haphazard development by focusing on transportation-centered mixed-use development in the heart of the city. The objective is to secure urban functions and create new growth engines through urban development initiatives.
