In light of the recent increase in housing prices and growing demand for urban housing, which is adding to the overall burden of housing costs, an environmental impact assessment was conducted for the Sejong Measures to secure new public housing sites in accordance with the government's "Public-Led 3080+ and Dramatic Expansion of Housing Supply in Metropolitan Areas (February 4, 2021)."

The primary objective of this project is to support the opportunity for prospective homeowners to acquire their own homes through an ample supply of housing, thereby promoting stability in the housing market and contributing to the comfortable living conditions of the citizens.
