The purpose is to establish a comprehensive and systematic sewage system development master plan for the entire region of Haman County, taking into account changes in urban development and urban planning that have occurred over time, as well as the revised regulations of the Sewage Act. This initiative aims to increase the sewage coverage rate through the planned and systematic maintenance of sewage facilities, thereby promoting the healthy development of the local community, improving public hygiene, and preserving the water quality of public water bodies.
