Through environmental impact analysis and forecasting for the five target areas - Sai, Tanhek, Paksan, Khaisomphomvihan, and Paksay - as part of the master plan development, various issues have been identified. These issues have led to the prediction of required capacity and facility size based on demand forecasts. Ultimately, the project plan has been established with the aim of improving the living environment and enhancing the quality of life for citizens who have been suffering from water scarcity and its associated challenges.
