This project aims to revise the Sewerage Maintenance Master Plan for Sacheon City, following changes in some aspects of the city's sewerage facilities plan since the approval of the 'Sacheon City Sewerage Maintenance Master Plan (Revised)' in October 2017. The revisions are made in accordance with Article 5 of the Sewerage Act and Article 6 of its Enforcement Decree. Additionally, in order to ensure systematic maintenance and build trust in sewerage facilities, the project involves conducting facility-specific, process-specific, and function-specific diagnostics of the Gongmyeong Water Treatment Plant, which is operated under Article 74 of the Sewerage Act and Articles 27 and 28 of its Enforcement Rules. Based on the diagnostic results, the project aims to analyze factors contributing to functional degradation and establish improvement plans and measures accordingly.
