The 'Gwacheon Smart K Platform' is part of the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town development project located near the government complex in Gwacheon. It encompasses a unified development plan for two parcels of land, 6-1 and 6-2, covering a total area of 17,285 square meters. The project aims to provide office and commercial spaces for over 3,000 employees through the relocation and occupancy of eight companies in the fourth industrial and IT sectors.

Comprising two blocks, a 15-story office tower to the south and a 6-story low-rise office building to the north, the 6-block project features open-plan office spaces within a consistent grid layout. Each floor is equipped with community lounges for employee relaxation and communication. The lower two levels of each building and one underground level offer convenient facilities for both tenant employees and nearby residents.

The facade design of the two buildings consists of three main materials with varying levels of transparency: transparent glass, fritted glass, and terracotta. The upper levels incorporate transparent curtain wall facades, while the middle levels feature terracotta facades, and the lower levels use fritted glass facades, creating a diverse and open appearance.
