Scale Site Area: 329,298㎡
G.F.A.: 79,071㎡

The client aimed to create a private hospitality village adjacent to an existing resort in an area of approximately 329,000 square meters, located at the southern end with a natural lake. The given natural topography, surrounded by nine hills, already carried an intended ambiance. However, the presence of numerous accommodation facilities presented a significant challenge for the project. The design sought to secure the broadest and most open views of the landscape for each unit within the valley area, offering picturesque vistas of the pristine natural surroundings. The plan included rooms with stunning views of ski slopes from anywhere, convenient amenities, educational facilities, and various outdoor activities. An advantage of the project was its easy accessibility from Seoul. The master plan defined two topographical lines, and as a result, small local communities derive their unique characteristics and ambiance from the nine hills. Each hill was designed with considerations for privacy levels and easy access to walking in the forest and along water bodies, making it an ideal place for many friends and families to reside. The ten slopes in total cater to everyone from beginners to advanced skiers, and the guesthouse zone further enhances the experience by providing public amenities and services, allowing visitors to enjoy the resort's elegant scenery and premium quality.
