Located on the iconic Alexandria Beach, one of Egypt's renowned landmarks, this project was planned to emphasize the appreciation of the Mediterranean landscape through grand structures within the building. The design language used in the building aimed to accentuate the locality, considering the rich history of this place. Additionally, it sought to serve as an opportunity for local users to shift their perception of the typical urban landscape within the context of this historically significant area. Comprising 23 floors, this building combines luxury hotel accommodations with residential functions and retail facilities on the first to fourth floors, enhancing accessibility and convenience for users. The retail spaces, situated on a podium that opens towards the outside, delicately craft views of the open beachfront that encapsulates the city's rich history. The most dazzling aspect of this building lies in its topmost floor, where guests can enjoy a rooftop swimming pool with a view of the Mediterranean sky and sea, accompanied by the services of a 4-star hotel. These features contribute significantly to the project's distinctive character.
