This project involves the implementation of basic and detailed design work for the undergrounding of the National Assembly Road and the development of the upper park area to enhance the quality of life and satisfaction of the residents and to improve traffic flow.
Implementation of the basic and implementation design for the overlapping of the Jemulpo Tunnel and the remaining sections of the Jemulpo Tunnel among the National Assembly Road Underpass and Upper Parkization Project to contribute to resolving regional disconnection and improving the quality of life and air quality by reducing the upper road to create eco-friendly spaces such as parks, green areas, and bicycle paths
