establish connecting pipelines for the treatment of wastewater discharged in Gaksin-ri and Sangya-ri in Okcheon-eup, and Yunjeong-ri and Daedong-ri in Iwon-myeon, Okcheon County,
conduct comprehensive improvements to wastewater treatment facilities in the towns of Donong, Dochon, Neungwol, Chilbang, Hyanggok, and Hwanpyeong, addressing facility aging and deterioration in treatment functions.
