In the Jung-gu district, where a separate sewer system has not been installed, wastewater is being discharged into the nearby sea area (Namhang), exacerbating odor and marine pollution. To address this, the expansion of the separate sewer system is intended to improve the living environment of residents by alleviating sewer odor within the city, enhancing the water quality of the discharge area, and increasing the treatment efficiency of public wastewater treatment facilities.
