The purpose is to implement an emergency supply network expansion project to swiftly address community disruptions caused by issues in the water supply system, such as interruptions in supply from the Boryeong Dam or Daecheong Dam pipelines, or problems in the Cheongyang or Jeongsan water supply systems. This project also considers the conversion of village water supply systems and small-scale water facilities to metropolitan and local water supply systems.
