This tender includes the design services for a photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant to be developed on salinized farmland located in Songsan-ri, Podu-myeon, Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do. Accordingly, it is issued for the selection of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operation and Maintenance) contractors. The main scope of work includes the installation of PV power generation facilities on the salinized farmland and the design of a system to stably transmit the generated electricity via a 22.9kV distribution line (both overhead and underground) to a newly established 154kV private (project owner’s) substation. In addition, the scope includes the design of a 154kV transmission line to connect with a new 154kV Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) substation, along with the preparation of design documents and the estimation of construction costs. Furthermore, The scope of work also includes the preparation of a comprehensive proposal outlining the project implementation plan, design feasibility, and construction methodology.
