In accordance with the "Parking Law," a study of the parking supply and demand situation in Changwon City was conducted. This study included predicting parking demand, determining the appropriate scale of parking facilities, designating parking improvement zones, and formulating management plans. It also involved developing phased implementation plans and fundraising strategies.
