In accordance with the "Bicycle Usage Promotion Act," a five-year plan for promoting bicycle usage in Gyeonggi Province has been established. This plan includes objectives for promoting bicycle usage, improving bicycle facilities, providing guidelines for using bicycles in conjunction with public transportation, installing bicycle parking facilities, developing bicycle routes, and ensuring the safety of bicycle users.
