An environmental impact assessment was conducted for the development of a public housing zone in the vicinity of the Suseo Station high-speed railway station development project. This project aims to facilitate the smooth supply of public housing for the improvement of residential stability and living standards, particularly for young couples and other residents, by harmoniously developing mixed-use functions such as business, commerce, and residence in the vicinity of the railway facility, leveraging the characteristics of the station area and promoting planned development centered around the Suseo and Munjeong areas.
