The comprehensive plan for the restoration of Soha Stream is a plan formulated every ten years by the management authority in accordance with the "Soha Stream Restoration Act." A strategic environmental impact assessment for the re-establishment of the comprehensive plan for the restoration of Soha Stream in Yeongdeok County was conducted.

The purpose of this project is to review various factors, including river characteristics, watershed characteristics, and utilization characteristics, when formulating the comprehensive restoration plan for Soha Stream within Yeongdeok County. This is done to ensure the efficient use of the stream, as well as to plan for its systematic management and consistent development plans.
